EN JAPANESE DINING BAR: LATE NIGHT SUSHI

A Friday night that craving for sushi, after searching around we decide to go En Japanese Dining Bar at River Valley.





We know that they got a promotion that EARLY BIRD SPECIAL is daily 6pm to 8 pm can enjoy 50% off Sushi Sashimi and 30% off selected drinks. Unfortunately we can't catch it,so we choose to get another promotion that is SUPER SUPPER DEAL only for Fri,Sat and Eve of PH 12am to 2.20am enjoy 50%off rice and noodles dishes and 30% off selected drinks. Do note that the food promotion only available at Mohemad Sultan (RIVER VALLEY OUTLET).


We had Sashimi Platter,Wafu Steak,Salmon Don,Cawamushi,Uni sushi (picture below) and Udon. En Japanese Dining Bar menu have good selection for Salad, Grilled Dishes, Deep Fried Dishes (Tempura) and OKINAWA Cuisine .

We start with a Cawamushi, this is the first time I have cawamushi that full with kelp.The kelp is soft till will melt in your mouth. The ebiko make the chawamushi more flavor,more delicious...Recommend this Cawamushi, love it very much. Next is Salmon Don which place nicely in a white deep bowl.The Salmon Don portion is big enough for a man,for me is too much (^_^). Uni sushi I eat this is the first time.Dun know how to describe, sticky sticky...salty salty ... You should go and try yourself. Maybe I am the one dun know to enjoy this.

   

We have a Sashimi SAN TEN MORI (3 kind sashimi platter).If you go with a group of friends you can try their 7 kind of sashimi platter. When you saw the sashimi will make you happy because the colour of the sashimi is so beautiful.Their sashimi  its worth for the money because is fresh and thick enough. Other then that they also got individual sashimi for you. 

They got a shortcoming. Which is cooked food serve very slow.We almost finish all of our food then they serve us the wafu steak and my Udon .(Make me hungry eating my Udon and forget to take a photo)
